| Flexible hours As a Coordinator for Terra Lingua USA, you will be able to choose your own hours to work with your students and families. We will ask you to submit one monthly report online and follow up on your student's progress. Placement bonuses To support and encourage Coordinators to place more students, we offer bonuses that can be earned for placing students within the specified time frame or for the number of students placed. |
International involvement As part of your job responsibilities, you will be communicating with students from different countries. This may be a huge benefit for you to learn more about other cultures first hand. You will be asked to share your own culture with students and build a relationship between your students and communities they live in. Finding new friends The job of the Community Coordinator is all about making friends and bringing new connections to your local communities. Expect to talk to your students a lot as they will be learning about your culture. You will be learning about theirs. |
