Many communities across the United States are looking to become involved in something big; a way to enlighten and encourage their neighbors. An exchange student not only brings rewards to a host family but to an entire community. By becoming a Community Coordinator you can be the one to get it started!
Every Community Coordinator at Terra Lingua USA completes a FREE online training provided during the hiring process.
Terra Lingua USA is proud to support its Community Coordinators with a team of motivated Directors who are available anytime. Yes, anytime!
As a Coordinator for Terra Lingua USA, you will be able to choose your own hours to work with your students and families.
Are you friendly? Adventurous? Outgoing and organized? If yes, you are a great candidate for this opportunity. While minimum time requirements exist, as a Community Coordinator you can put in as much time as you’d like all while working a current full-time or part-time job! Terra Lingua USA is always searching for people of all backgrounds to coordinate local programs in their communities. Our Community Coordinators are men and women of all ages who have one thing in common…a sincere desire to bring the world closer together.

You’ll bring joy and excitement to a host family by helping them chose their new international family member and when the student arrives, encourage and support them as they adjust to their new life in the USA. By meeting and communicating with host families and students on regularly basis, Coordinators become part of the student's lives and spend unforgettable time with them sharing and learning about different cultures.
"Being a Terra Lingua USA Community Coordinator means bringing bright young students from around the globe together with caring and supportive American families to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for other cultures and to create lifelong friendships.
